The blog of Luke Jostins, a Graduate Student at the Sanger Institute in Cambridge, UK. My research involves the genetics of autoimmune disorders (more details here), but I am generally interesting in disease genetics, genomics, statistics and public health, as well as communication of science, and more generally the art of how to measure things and get answers from them, in whatever form that chooses to take.
